Bleached Bones
Bleach and Water on Fabric Sweatshirt
14" x 16"
I wanted to get into the Halloween spirit by experimenting with bleach and water on fabric to create the look of bones. The result was very effective, and I have received requests from students at my high school for me to make them a similar sweatshirt. It's one of my favorite articles of clothing I own, and I really enjoy wearing items I have created.

This was an assignment I created for the functional pottery unit in my high school's "The Art of Craft" class. Both pieces needed to have a cohesive theme, and be able to hold water.

Blacksmith - Hook

I was interested in blacksmithing and it was something I have always wanted to try, so I participated in a blacksmithing class in Brooklyn, New York. This is a piece I made in their forge.
